I really like this game, but it's frustrating how often it crashes. Everytime there's new character dialogue it crashes, watching ads is a 50/50 coin flip if it crashes, or you get forcefully redirected to the advertiser, either way you don't get credit for the ad you were forced to watch. The game has cute storylines, good graphics, and fun gameplay, but so often I find myself wondering why I put up with the annoyance.

I really like the game but the loading of the game is a nightmare. I have to close and reopen the app MULTIPLE times before I can do anything. I just think there's too much going on at one time with all the pop ups and events. EDIT: I'm giving a one star now. FIX THE CONSTANT CRASHING! I can't even play because it slows to a stop then crashes right after opening it!

The app overheats my phone really fast. I enjoy the story. One thing I dislike is there are events where you complete tiers and get rewarded with progress in the side storyline. If you don't buy the pass then you automatically get the bad ending, even if you finish all tiers. I was so bummed when I reached the last tier of the event to clean up the beach and it was still dirty and I got the bad ending! Also the customers are the same person with different shirts...
